• What is your turn around time? 
  Turn around time is UP TO 35 business days. Business days do not include weekend or holidays. I will always try to send items out earlier. If your order is time sensitive, please reach out to me prior to placing an order to find out if I can meet your deadline. Please check the Facebook VIP page for frequent updates on orders being worked on, delays, etc.
  
  
• How do I contact you about my order?
  Send an email to Dusti@Libertyandknox.com. Please give 1-2 BUSINESS days for a response.
  
  
• Can I cancel or change my order?
  
  Cancellations and changes can be made up to 24 hours after the shirt order is placed. I order shirts on an as-needed basis. (Due to offering so many styles/colors/sizes, I cannot possibly keep them all in stock.) So once your shirt is ordered, you cannot request cancellation.
  
  
• Do you accept returns/exchanges?
  If an error is made on my end (size, quality, colors, etc) I will be happy to replace your item! However, refunds will not be granted unless I’ve made an error. Sizing info is also found at all of the shirt links below, so please compare measurements/fit suggestions to items you currently own before purchasing. If you have a sizing question, feel free to reach out to me!

If a specific style/color is out of stock, I will substitute with a different brand.

DUE TO THE ABRUPT CLOSURE OF KAVIO, WE ARE NAVIGATING THE SHOP IN AN UNPRECEDENTED SITUATION. WE ARE SUBSTITUTING NEW BRANDS, AND TRYING TO GIVE YOU AS MANY OPTIONS AS POSSIBLE WHILE TRYING TO UPHOLD THE SAME QUALITY YOU'VE COME TO EXPECT. TEMPORARILY, WE ARE OFFERING COLORS FROM MULTIPLE BRANDS, UNTIL WE FIND A NEW RELIABLE BRAND FOR ALL OF OUR SHIRTS. THIS MEANS, WHEN PURCHASING TODDLER SHIRTS, YOU MAY GET ONE COLOR IN Bella Canvas, ONE COLOR IN RABBIT SKINS POLY/COTTON BLEND, AND ONE COLOR IN GILDEN SOFTSTYLE. PLEASE SEE THE COLOR CHART BELOW FOR NEW TODDLER SHORT SLEEVE AND RAGLAN COLORS. WE WILL UPDATE IT AS WE FIND NEW COLORS TO ADD.  ONCE WE FIND A NEW SUPPLIER TO CALL HOME, AS WE DID WITH KAVIO, WE WILL UPDATE THE INFORMATION HERE AS WELL AS THE VIP.




There will also be times that, if I cannot provide the shirt color at all (no suppliers have them in stock), I will flip the design and shirt color to still keep the same combo. Example, you order LAVENDER with BLACK design. LAVENEDER is not available from any supplier. I substitute a BLACK shirt with a LAVENDER design.

This is the only way that I can continue to offer so many color combinations. By acknowledging the disclaimer at checkout, you're agreeing that you understand that substitutions may be made.

• Can I customize shirt styles and/or colors?

Yes! There are drop down menus on each product where you will choose shirt style and shirt color. You may also change the shirt design color in the notes section before adding the item to cart. If the shirt style you choose does not match the cohesive shirt colors offered for that style you will receive the shirt style chosen in the closest color. 

IE: If you select "Long sleeve: Black" as the color option make sure you also select "Long sleeve" as the shirt style before adding the item to your cart.

Please be as clear as possible when adding customization notes.

When customizing shirt design colors - you may not break a style apart and use more colors than shown in the example. IE- if you are purchasing a single color design, you may change it to another single color. If you are choosing a two color design, you can replace the two colors shown. The designs cannot be broken up to add more colors than shown.

• How do you ship?
  Shipping is done via USPS first class (3-5 days) unless your order is over 16 oz. Larger orders will ship USPS priority mail (2-3 days)
  
  
• How do I care for my shirts?
  Avoid heat as much as possible. Washing inside out on cool and hanging to dry is the best way to get the longest life out of your shirt. Vinyl designed shirts can be tumble dried on low, but printed designs MUST be hung to dry.
